Mozart in Bratislava

The 250th anniversary of the birth of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, the musical genius is celebrated not only in Salzburg and Vienna. The most famous Austrian of all times traveled to Bratislava at "the request of the Hungarian nobility" 1762. At the age of 6 he gave a concert in the rooms of the Palffy Palace on Ventrurska street.
There will be several events held in Bratislava to recall one of the most significant visitors to our Little Big City, including:
2 concerts in the Slovak Philharmony, Palackeho 2, February 9 and 10)
Puppet Theatre Performance of the Magic Flute at BBD, Dunajska 36 (February 17)
The Austrian Cultural Forum on Zelena 7 offers following events
WOLFGANG AMADEUS MOZART 1756 – 1791, an exhibiton available between January 12 – February 28 (weekdays, 10 am to 6 pm)
How Did Mozart Compose, a lecture by proffessor Dr. Otto Biba (February 20, 6pm)
Mozart Concert in the Mirror Hall of the Primatial Palace (Primacialne namestie, February 26, 6pm)
