Booking Conditions

The booking conditions are different for each property that is offered at hotels-in-bratislava.com and vary with property type, number of rooms booked and the season. Complete booking and cancellation conditions will be provided for each property upon reservation request.

After you submit the booking request form - credit card number is NOT required for this - we will check the availability and get back to you with an offer. If you decide to book with us, you will be asked to confirm the acceptation of the booking & cancellation policy.

Some of the listed hotels, apartments and pension do require credit card to guarantee the reservation, some do not. Usually you pay directly in the hotel/apartment that you book through us. With some of the featured properties, we as a fully licensed travel agency, charge your credit card to offer you rates lower than the rack rates.

Also the cancellation policy varies with each hotel or apartment. Most of the hotels charge one night penalty for a no-show or late cancellation.

Generally the guests are required to submit their credit card or make a cash deposit for optional incidentals or damages upon check-in.

Our rates are final, there are no extra costs. We will not surprise you adding taxes and fees at the end of the booking procedure.

There is no reservation or service fee if you book with us. Our rates are the same or usually lower than the rack rates.
