a pleasant residential area just a 10-min walk to the historical
Old Town.

The newly refurbished Apartment 29 offers 120 square meters (almost
1,300 sqf) of well appointed space. With 2 bedrooms and an extra
room with bunk beds, the apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people.
It is also comprehensively furnished to a high standard and offers
all the necessary facilities including fully equipped kitchen,
cable TV and PC with high-speed internet connection.
As there is no elevator in the building, the apartment is not
suitable for those unable to climb stairs.

The newly fitted kitchen has cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher
and microwave.
Also washing machine and iron/irong board are provided.
Bathroom has shower.

Tak bus No. 210 to the final stop – AS Mlynske nivy (Mlyske nivy
bus station). From here, it is just a 5-minute walk as described
below.
From Mlynske Nivy Bus Station (5 minutes)
Pass the high VUB building on your right, cross the busy intersections
and walk down Grosslingova steet. Apartment 29 is located on the
corner of Grosslingova and Klemensova streets. |
