Take bus #61 and after some 25 minute ride get off at Karpatska stop. Walk back to busy intersection and then turn left and walk to the trolleybus stop (Sancova). Take the trolleybus #203 to Partizanska (5th stop).
From Mlynske Nivy Bus Station
Take trolley-bus #206 and get off at Hodzovo namestie (4th stop). Change for trolley-bus #203 or #207. Get off at the 2nd stop – Partizanska.
From the Main Train Station
Take bus #93 to Hodzovo namestie (2nd stop). Walk through the underground passage and take the exit on the left up to the street level, where the the trolley-bus stop is, right in front of the Presidential Palace. Take trolley-bus #203 or #207. Get off at the 2nd stop – Partizanska.
