The Sheraton Hotel Bratislava is being built as a part of the
Eurovea International Trade Centre, a new riverfront district
located right on the edge of the historical centre of Bratislava.
The Phase 1 of the development by the Ballymore Properties is
to provide some 55,000 sq m of retail, leisure and entertainment
space, as well as over 23,000 sq m of A-class offices, 250 riverfront
apartment and the state-of-art hotel.

The Sheraton Hotel Bratislava, scheduled to open in Spring 2009,
will contain 207 deluxe guest-rooms, modern conference facilities,
a restaurant, a bar, a health and beauty club and spa with a swimming
